LIE West to Exit 42 Northern State Parkway. Take NSP to Meadowbrook Parkway South. Take Meadowbrook Parkway South to Shopping Mall Exit. (M2West). Take first right and follow Roosevelt Field Service Road approximately 1/2 way around mall. Look for Stone Sign indicating 100, 200, 300 and 400 Garden City Plaza. Make right turn and park in Visitor's Parking. Office is located on second floor - Suite 214.
From Manhattan:
Take LIE Eastbound to Exit 38 South. Take Northern State Parkway to Meadowbrook Parkway South and then follow instructions as above.
From South Shore L.I.:
